Maturata in botti di quercia americana ex-bourbon. Completa l'invecchiamento in botti appositamente selezionate per The Dalmore che avevano contenuto in precedenza uno sherry. Profumo di arancia caramellata, zenzero e uva sultanina. Gusto di cioccolato e nocciole con una spolverata di canella. Il finale è lungo con note di mango e panna cotta.
