Privacy policy of this website

Under the article 13 of the Law Decree #196, we inform that treats the personal data of the website users and of those of who has sent this data, through phone, fax, e-mail or chat. This treatment is done according to the fundamental rights and freedom and to the dignity of the involved person, in matters of discretion and right of personal data protection. The only aim of the treatments is to conclude and complete the duties deriving from the purchase contract.

Rights of the involved person

Pursuant to Section 7 Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, the involved person:

Paragraph 1: shall have the right to obtain from the Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her exist and communication of such data in intelligible form.

Paragraph 2: he shall have the right to be informed about:
a) the source of the personal data
b) purposes and methods of data processing
c) the logic applied to the processing when this is carried out by using electronic means
d) the identification data regarding the data controller and data processor
e) the organizations that can be informed about the personal data of the involved persons

Paragraph 3: he shall have the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, where interested herein, integration of the data. 
b) cancellation, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully 
c) the communication of the operations a) and b) to the organizations that were informed about the customer personal data, unless this communication is impossible to complete or involves a disproportionate effort with respect of the involved person rights.

Paragraph 4: he has the right to object:
a) on legitimate grounds to the processing of data concerning him/her
b) on legitimate grounds to the processing of data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling

Anyway, clarifies that your personal data won't be used for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling, unless the customer preventive agreement.

Data processing methods

For the purposes above, the data processing is performed by means of manual, IT and telematic tools, by applying referred logics that are strictly correlated to the purposes above, and in such a way so as to guarantee privacy and security. Type of processed data

The website software systems acquire, during their normal functioning, some personal data, whose transmission is implicit in the Internet communication protocols. Optionality of data processing

Apart from what we already specified about the navigation data, the user has the freedom to decide if he wants or not to submit his/her personal data on the website or via normal contacts (e-mail, physical mail, fax, etc.) with the customer service. If the user refuses to submit his/her personal data, it could be impossible to obtain what requested on the website.

In some cases, the Italian Privacy Authority can request informations (under the article 156, paragraph 1 Law Decree 196/2003) about the personal data of website users, in order to perform controls about the data processing on In this case we are forced to transmit these data to the Authority, otherwise we'll receive an administrative sanction.
