c) the communication of the operations a) and b) to the organizations that were informed about the customer personal data, unless this communication is impossible to complete or involves a disproportionate effort with respect of the involved person rights.
Paragraph 4: he has the right to object:
a) on legitimate grounds to the processing of data concerning him/her
b) on legitimate grounds to the processing of data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling
